Edo State Governor, Godwin Obaseki, has finally won the case of certificate forgery instituted against him by the All Progressives Congress (APC).
The suit filed was dismissed on Saturday by a Federal High Court sitting in Abuja.
The judgement was delivered by Justice Ahmed Mohammed who said that the APC has failed to prove beyond reasonable doubt the forgery allegation.
However, he did not award any cost against the plaintiffs.
Justice Mohammed fixed the judgment for Saturday(today) after lawyers to all the parties involved in the matter adopted their final addresses on January the 7th.
